You know what? I was going to delete this journal at the end of the week, but since you all seem so happy to flame me and the original artist, who is the VICTIM, as well as other people involved in this, I'll just let the journal stay up forever. If you're all not going to be reasonable and decent human beings, I don't see why I should be. Shame on you all for attacking the victim. I thought this was an ART site? Where is all your pride and integrity as artists?
I sincerely hope someone steals all of your artwork someday, all of you people flaming her, and that everyone attacks you and insults your work because you wanted justice and an apology. I don't see why any of you deserve fairness with your art if ShenTao doesn't deserve it from you.
You're insulting someone who doesn't even have a DA account to defend herself with. I'd say you're all a bunch of animals, except animals don't know any better.
The original artist isn't just tossing false claims around. She has plenty of proof. If you're all too ignorant and arrogant to read it, or just too illiterate or lazy, it's hardly her fault. Don't blame her for your own shortcomings.

Since this artist has been ignoring emails and refuses to take down the rest of her stolen work, I'm going to post the proof here, for everyone to see. She's deceived her friends and watchers and they deserve better than the lies they've been told by her.

This is SHENTAO SAFFRON MUISE. The ORIGINAL ARTIST and the artist this girl has been stealing from for 2 years now.
The following is all the investigation I've managed to do on this "artist". I've been without the net for over a year now. I got it back for the month of June so that I could deal with this girl. But let it be known that the library has a perfectly good computer that I can use pretty much any time I desire. So the fact that I shall be disconnecting the net again in a month doesn't mean I'll just "poof!" go away and let her resume this idiotic behavior. I will continue to fight this girl UNTIL SHE STOPS THIS AND ACTUALLY APOLOGIZES WITHOUT LYING THROUGH HER TEETH. A real apology. Not one filled with lies and hiding everything. Not to mention TAKING DOWN ALL THE STOLEN MATERIAL SHE'S POSTED ALL OVER THE FREAKING INTERNET. An apology doesn't mean anything when you're still parading "your" designs around like no one will ever find out the truth.

Hello to those who are reading this,
There is a serious point to this email and I hope you'll all read it and understand that I'm very upset and asking for help. This has become a compilation of a lot of little emails, so forgive me if something doesn't fit in. It's really hard covering it all. Please bare with me.
A few years ago there was this girl on DA that would visit my page every single day. She never commented or talked to me, but visited all the time. She didn't even watch me. But she still visited each day without fail. I always had a paid account on ShenTao (shentao.deviantart.com) and Rip-sama (rip-sama.deviantart.com) so I could see who visited my page. So one day I actually clicked on her name to visit her page. Her DA name at the time was Forlorn-Memories.

When I looked at her account, I was in shock. Her gallery was full of this character she called "Virus" that was basically an inverted, black version of my character, the Ananke, ShenTao. She was clearly drawing the Ananke and designed Virus after ShenTao. As well, she'd taken several story and character idea's from me. For example, my character Nullae. Her name is the greek work for zero and took me a LONG TIME to find information on. Nullae wasn't officially the greek word for zero back in the times of ancient greek rule. They had no word for zero. Nullae was something scientists decided upon later. Took me a couple hours of hard research to figure that out.
Some of her human art had a lot of traits from human-Shen' as well. Like a lot of stars and mesh pants almost in the exact same style as mesh pants ShenTao used to have before I gave her a more modern design.
"Her" character Virus was black, with a stripe down the back, a violet mane, two tails, the backs of her ears were colored like Ananke ShenTao's, as well the back legs were longer and bigger than the front, just like my Ananke. Not to mention that she had drawn a near exact body type, with the long pointed ears, the curved neck and even had the neck fluff drawn in the exact same places on the neck in the same style I do it on Ananke ShenTao.
Unfortunately she's since removed all images from that account, so all I have is my word that that is what I witnessed there.
I was so livid and hurt and upset that I couldn't confront her without blowing up at her. So I got a friend of mine to write something with points that I gave her. She could write it in a much cooler, calmer head that I could. She showed me what she wrote and I said it was okay to send. It wasn't rude and it wasn't flaming her. It was just calling her out for what she was doing.
Forlorn-Memories replied back with "I didn't know I was stealing anything". She never posted to the account again and disappeared.
Until now.
She emailed me at sketchgeek@eastlink.ca last week.
This is the email I got last week. I'll copy/paste the text so that it's easier to read. However, at the end of the email I will post a link to the screencap I took. Proving that the email came from her yahoo account and that I have not altered or changed a thing.

Hey Shen,
You don't know me, but I've wanted to tell you this so many times because you've been such a huge influence on my life. But once I had the balls to tell you, you disappeared from Shentao and Rip-sama. I wanted to tell you before. Really I did. I'm just so glad you're still here, and still okay. I was worried that something bad had happened to you. When I saw the image Kesame drew for you in her gallery I knew it was you and I couldn't help but think 'thank god, now I can tell her.' I noted your friend, thinking that she was you. Now, through her I got your e-mail address.
Shen, you have been the largest influence on my life. I have never had friends. As a child, due to autism I did not understand what it was that made humans want to have friendships with each other. And I always thought that most of the popular kids had friends because they were good at something. And so I set out trying everything I could to find the one thing that I was good at - that would make others like me. Art was eventually what I turned to. I found your account on elfwood.com and knew you were the one I wanted to be like right away. I'm ashamed, but at the time I didn't know any better, I printed and traced just about everything you drew in order to learn how. I never used it for anything, just to learn, but now that I'm 17 I know it's wrong. And I'm sorry about it.
I signed on to your page everyday. Read your journals. Your mind fascinated me beyond words. You thought like I thought. We liked the same colors. You were disabled just like I was and you were making it. I wanted that too.
At the age of 15 I stopped tracing your art and began to try and develop my own style. My own stories and characters. I realized that I could not be Shen, I had to find myself and be who she was otherwise I'd never be happy. Then, I got mixed up with the wrong people, and got hurt but art got me though it. And you taught me how to do that. I'm still trying to find out who I am as a person, but again art is helping me find out.
This year I learned that I have an autoimmune disorder, and a collagen disorder, along with my Asperger's Syndrome. It's been a hard year. I've been in and out of therapy the whole time. Physical. Mental. Occupational. And to cope I just keep drawing, doodling, dreaming. Next year I will be going to an art school. Then to an art collage and after that I want to be an illustrator or concept artist in the city, because I always have loved it. And I won't stop until I reach that dream. Nothing will stop me. Not my parents. Not my peers. I have to keep trying and believing like you did. And If I have to, start all over again.
I was scared to send this, but I thought that you should know how much you've changed my life. I understand if you hate me. I understand if you think this is a lie. Others have hurt you before, I know that. I just wanted you to know. And I hope that you are well and that things have gone better for you lately. And I hope that you keep fighting to get to your dreams, just like you taught me how.

Notice how the curve in the neck is the same, the stripe down the back, the fact that the back legs are longer and thicker than the front, the back paws having claws while the front ones do not, the long pointed ears, the large, pronounced shoulder blade. There is also a mane and two tails on both characters. As well, the character Virus has 2 stripes on her ankles, one large and one small. Notice that my character ShenTao also has these markings. The only difference is that Virus's are upside-down compared to ShenTao's. The wing marking is also very similar. The only difference is the placing. Her characer Virus did NOT have that wing marking until a couple years ago when I added it to my characer.

Notice that while a different color, the backs of Virus's ears are also colored, and both characters also happen to have a silver lip piercing in EXACTLY the same place. These canines have a big mouth, and yet the piercing was put in the exact same spot?

Although note how the URL shows that it is a DeviantART supported link. This shows that instead of deleting the stolen material from her gallery, she's instead placed them into storage. Art Storage on DeviantART allows users to remove a picture from the main gallery and essentially hide it. However, you can link directly to the image that is uploaded on their server.

Again please take notice of the larger hind legs, the curve in the neck, the shape of the face, as well as the long pointed ears. Ignore the fact that I have a character with a striped scarf and another character that just happens to have 2 safety pins in a hat they wear. She just happens to also have a scarf and the exact same number of safety pins? She couldn't pick 1.....or 3? Or 5? It has to be the exact same number?

Notice the description below the image, in which she gives credit to an artist named "Kesame" for inspiring the design of that character. However, she never once gives credit to me for the numerous designs and ideas she's taken. This goes towards proof of her identity theft that I'll go into later on.

Notice the large luffy chest, the curve neck, the large shoulder blade, the mane, the same basic body shape and type as the image of mine to the side there. As well, the fact that both just happen to be missing a leg that's amputated in the exact same spot. Also notice that the front leg that's bent is NOT bent like a canines. It's bent like a horses. My Ananke have canine and equine anatomy. Clearly this is taken from me.
It was easy for me to see that this girl was Forlorn-Memories and she was back with "her" character Virus. Plus so much more. I have more work that she's taken, but since right now I'm covering DeviantART, I'll end this part here and continue later.
I'm not psycho enough to say that I claim chest fur or manes or long pointed ears and all that other stuff....but when you put them ALTOGETHER, expecially with her even admitting in her own words that she used to try and BE ME.....I'm not a monster to claim she's ripping me off again, am I?

Actually, I do know who you are. You used to be Forlorn-Memories. You stopped posting to that gallery when a friend of mine caught you stealing my character, the Ananke ShenTao. I know because that friend showed me that old gallery of yours and showed me the note she sent you and the reply you sent back.
I'm actually not sure I should even reply to this right now, as I've just finished taking a long look through your new gallery and am very, very angry and upset. I'm near tears right now. But since I don't want this issue to remain quiet I will reply now and try to be as civil as I can.
So yes. I'm angry. And I want to cry. You say that you've changed and that you aren't taking my work anymore or trying to be me. But I've seen your character Virus. And I've seen the journals and posts in which you talk about her.

You say in one journal that Virus is inspired by your friend Evee. That's a lie. And you know it's a lie. Virus looks JUST LIKE AN ANANKE. My species.

- The way you drew the fur on her neck is just like I have it on Ananke
- The shoulder blade is the same, this isn't even real anatomy on any animal, I design it SPECIFICALLY for the Ananke

- And the two tails
- She also only has claws on her back paws, but none showing on her front. This is ALSO a trait I made up for the ANANKE. It's something I DESIGNED.
Not only that, but Virus just looks like a black version of my white ShenTao. The mane is the same color, the ANKLE MARKINGS are not only the SAME COLOR but the EXACT SAME DESIGN, only upside-down. She also has TWO TAILS just like ShenTao!
Also, I know that Virus didn't have that wing marking back on your old account. I bet it only got added to her design AFTER I gave SHENTAO a wing marking.
You talk about in one journal how someone took Virus and how much it hurt you and that they should come up with their own design ((www.freewebs.com/vivaindigo/Ki…)). How can you say that? Really? When all you're doing is taking WHAT IS MINE and calling it yours? You stole my design for the Ananke, drew Virus and are telling everyone that she's yours and your design and your idea. You're lying. All the attention you get on Virus is stolen from me.
You took something I've been working on for 8 years and destroyed everything it meant to me. You completely ripped it away from me and are claiming it's yours. I'm about to cry, I really am. I've put SO MUCH WORK into the Ananke. So much sweat and tears and pain went into designing them and working on them. And you've just taken it all and are using it to get attention you don't deserve. How can you sleep at night with what you've done? You've taken something from me that means the world to me, something that is deep in my heart and soul and you've tainted it.
How can you do this to someone? I'm not a computer. I'm a human being with thoughts and feelings and you've stolen something I love and are telling everyone it belongs to you. How could you? Are you that greedy? Is the attention that important to you? That you'll steal someone's heart and soul?
I can't believe you'd lie to me even more, telling me you've changed when you haven't at all. Telling me you're sorry when you aren't even being truthful. I'm glad that I left the net and I will NEVER EVER POST MY WORK ONLINE AGAIN. You can thank yourself for that. Because if I'd known you'd taken it this far sooner, I'd have left a long time ago. I.....I just have no words right now. I don't understand how you justify this horrible act in your mind to make it seem okay. I've been put through a lot of pain in my time online, but nothing compares to what you've done to me. This hurts far worse.

You should have just stabbed me through the heart. That would hurt a lot less than what you are doing to me every time you draw Virus and tell everyone she's your own species. SHE'S NOT. SHE LOOKS JUST LIKE MY ANANKE.
I'm going to stop here. I don't think you'll ever change and I'm just wasting my time. You obviously don't care who you hurt and how badly you hurt them. You'll just keep drawing Virus, just the way she is and keep telling everyone she belongs to you, not at all caring that it's all one big lie and one big fantasy. You're not me and you'll never be me. I would NEVER do this to someone. I can design my own species and my own characters without stealing them from other people.
Know that I would NEVER come back and post my art online ever again, if only to protect my characters from YOU. My characters are safe now. You'll never take them from me again. You can't hurt me any more than you already have.
And know that even if you continue to hide it, I'll be showing your gallery to my friends. So lots of people will know the truth about who you are and what you do to people, even if you continue to lie to your watchers and hide the truth from them.
Please never email me again. This was pain that I didn't need right now. I will NEVER FORGIVE YOU. Nothing you can do will ever make me forgive this. What you've done is horrible. There is no apology big enough to fix this.

I fully admit that I was very angry and very upset when I wrote that to her. I just lost it half way through and couldn't hold back any longer.
Not only taking my species and mimicking a character that means so much to me, but telling people that one of her names is SHEN? And this is on this new account.....this was supposed to be her "changing". But she's almost worse than she was on her old account. ;__;
If she had wanted an Ananke character, I'd have happily worked with her to make one. But no. She stole them from me and called them her own. These "Canoi" things.
My friend Bex and I pointed out a very sneaky thing she does. She ran away and hid when she was caught on her old account. When she sent me this email the other day (the one I just shared with you), she didn't link to her gallery so that I'd supposedly never be able to see it. She also hid the fact that she was CAUGHT on her old account. Not only that, but despite the fact that she visited my pages all the time she never ONCE watched me. She was hiding. If she didn't watch me, she wouldn't get caught. If she was visiting my Rip-sama account like she said she's been, she HAD to have had her online status hidden. Because no one by KissxXxGravity ever visited my Rip-sama account. She's had this new account since July 2007. I didn't leave until February 2008. No one by her user name ever visited my page.
So it's clear that she knows what she's doing is wrong and has been trying to get away with it without getting caught.
The situation with KissxXxGravity on DA is growing larger and larger by the second.
So what is happening with KissGravity now? Well, I thought her psycho behavior was confined to DeviantART but it turns out it wasn't and isn't.

I found multiple things on this website. From her taking my name and real life medical problems, to my height, to multiple offenses of taking my designs and idea's again.

She also claims to go by Shenanigans, which is a nickname given to me by a friend, since my name is SHEN (ie: SHEN-anigans). Until I was measured by my new doctor a year ago, I believed I was 5 foot 2 inches tall and that's what I posted online. However, upon a more accurate measurement it was proven that I'm actuallly 5 foot 1 inch tall. But she doesn't know that.

Also take note that she's mentioned the character "Delrej" again. Because that character is prominent in other proof I have but then suddenly disappears and gets replaced with her character "Virus".

She's gotten herself an account under the name Shenanigans. This was most worrisome to me, since I'd already found an account of hers on this same forum, under the name "Fooled_and_betrayed11".

Next I started doing random Google searches for different varients of her name. This one happened to be "KissxxGravity". Only a couple links popped up. Through this search I found her Oekaki account on PPT Oekaki.

I created Ukwtakun August 16, 2007. This image of hers was created August 22, 2007. I can say this much, she doesn't waste time.

Now, Ananke kitlings aren't really all that small. They are compared to their parents. This fella is about 2 months old here. He's about the size of a large cat. A foot or so tall, perhaps a little more. His eyes would be open and he'd be gaining some control over his big ole ears (they have trouble keeping them upright when really young). He'd be able to stumble around at this age, and would be getting quite curious.
An interesting thing to note with Ananke, is that when young they are balls of fluff and fur. So his fluff actually mimics that of a much older Ananke, an Adult or higher. But as he grows into his fur and skin, it shrinks and actually he'll appear much less fluffy. But when he's all grown up, it comes back. XD "
What bugs me about "her" Canoi pup is that it's similar in design. It's obviously got large ears that it cannot fully hold up. It's also incredibly fluffy Again, if this was anyone else in the world, I'd not think twice about it being a coincidence. But nothing is coincidence with KissGravity.

It's because she's highly influenced her "Canoi" canines from my own work. What she draws herself is quite different. It's actually very sad and disappointing that she's so obsessed with stealing from me. If I'm to believe the rest of her work is her own, which for now I have no reason to believe the rest isn't hers, she's really very talented.....under different circumstances I think I could have been friends with her. Especially if she'd STOP and actually APOLOGIZE to me without HIDING. A sincere, completely honest apology would certainly help. I don't think at this point that it could heal what's been broken, but I'd be satisfied with an apology (and her actually stopping all this nonsense).

I think the picture says it all. Again, if it was anyone else, I'd not even think about it. But with EVERYTHING ELSE? I don't doubt for one minute that this was "inspired" by my character.
In closing, I don't want her to do this to anyone else. I no longer post my work online so she can't steal anything new from me. But without my work here to "inspire" her, will she just turn to someone else for her fix? That's what I'm worried about. That, and with how much she pimps her work for cash, I don't want people wasting their hard earned money on something she just took from someone else.
Beware this artist. She's made it clear that she's not ready to change what she's been doing for the past 2 years.

Multiple people have tried emailing this girl, leaving her comments and have been completely civil with her up until now. She just doesn't care. So like Shen, I also encourage everyone to be wary of this person. At least until she decides to own up to what she's done, what she's been doing and finally realizes that she and her watchers deserve better than regurgitated ideas, designs and characters that she's just chewed up and spit out from artists who thought of it first.
She can't hide behind her illnesses any longer. Multiple people have told her that what she's doing IS WRONG. Now she has no excuse.

You're insulting someone who doesn't even have a DA account to defend herself with. I'd say you're all a bunch of animals, except animals don't know any better.
The original artist isn't just tossing false claims around. She has plenty of proof. If you're all too ignorant and arrogant to read it, or just too illiterate or lazy, it's hardly her fault. Don't blame her for your own shortcomings.

There is a serious point to this email and I hope you'll all read it and understand that I'm very upset and asking for help. This has become a compilation of a lot of little emails, so forgive me if something doesn't fit in. It's really hard covering it all. Please bare with me.
A few years ago there was this girl on DA that would visit my page every single day. She never commented or talked to me, but visited all the time. She didn't even watch me. But she still visited each day without fail. I always had a paid account on ShenTao (shentao.deviantart.com) and Rip-sama (rip-sama.deviantart.com) so I could see who visited my page. So one day I actually clicked on her name to visit her page. Her DA name at the time was Forlorn-Memories.

When I looked at her account, I was in shock. Her gallery was full of this character she called "Virus" that was basically an inverted, black version of my character, the Ananke, ShenTao. She was clearly drawing the Ananke and designed Virus after ShenTao. As well, she'd taken several story and character idea's from me. For example, my character Nullae. Her name is the greek work for zero and took me a LONG TIME to find information on. Nullae wasn't officially the greek word for zero back in the times of ancient greek rule. They had no word for zero. Nullae was something scientists decided upon later. Took me a couple hours of hard research to figure that out.
Some of her human art had a lot of traits from human-Shen' as well. Like a lot of stars and mesh pants almost in the exact same style as mesh pants ShenTao used to have before I gave her a more modern design.
"Her" character Virus was black, with a stripe down the back, a violet mane, two tails, the backs of her ears were colored like Ananke ShenTao's, as well the back legs were longer and bigger than the front, just like my Ananke. Not to mention that she had drawn a near exact body type, with the long pointed ears, the curved neck and even had the neck fluff drawn in the exact same places on the neck in the same style I do it on Ananke ShenTao.
Unfortunately she's since removed all images from that account, so all I have is my word that that is what I witnessed there.
I was so livid and hurt and upset that I couldn't confront her without blowing up at her. So I got a friend of mine to write something with points that I gave her. She could write it in a much cooler, calmer head that I could. She showed me what she wrote and I said it was okay to send. It wasn't rude and it wasn't flaming her. It was just calling her out for what she was doing.
Forlorn-Memories replied back with "I didn't know I was stealing anything". She never posted to the account again and disappeared.
Until now.

You don't know me, but I've wanted to tell you this so many times because you've been such a huge influence on my life. But once I had the balls to tell you, you disappeared from Shentao and Rip-sama. I wanted to tell you before. Really I did. I'm just so glad you're still here, and still okay. I was worried that something bad had happened to you. When I saw the image Kesame drew for you in her gallery I knew it was you and I couldn't help but think 'thank god, now I can tell her.' I noted your friend, thinking that she was you. Now, through her I got your e-mail address.
Shen, you have been the largest influence on my life. I have never had friends. As a child, due to autism I did not understand what it was that made humans want to have friendships with each other. And I always thought that most of the popular kids had friends because they were good at something. And so I set out trying everything I could to find the one thing that I was good at - that would make others like me. Art was eventually what I turned to. I found your account on elfwood.com and knew you were the one I wanted to be like right away. I'm ashamed, but at the time I didn't know any better, I printed and traced just about everything you drew in order to learn how. I never used it for anything, just to learn, but now that I'm 17 I know it's wrong. And I'm sorry about it.
I signed on to your page everyday. Read your journals. Your mind fascinated me beyond words. You thought like I thought. We liked the same colors. You were disabled just like I was and you were making it. I wanted that too.
At the age of 15 I stopped tracing your art and began to try and develop my own style. My own stories and characters. I realized that I could not be Shen, I had to find myself and be who she was otherwise I'd never be happy. Then, I got mixed up with the wrong people, and got hurt but art got me though it. And you taught me how to do that. I'm still trying to find out who I am as a person, but again art is helping me find out.
This year I learned that I have an autoimmune disorder, and a collagen disorder, along with my Asperger's Syndrome. It's been a hard year. I've been in and out of therapy the whole time. Physical. Mental. Occupational. And to cope I just keep drawing, doodling, dreaming. Next year I will be going to an art school. Then to an art collage and after that I want to be an illustrator or concept artist in the city, because I always have loved it. And I won't stop until I reach that dream. Nothing will stop me. Not my parents. Not my peers. I have to keep trying and believing like you did. And If I have to, start all over again.
I was scared to send this, but I thought that you should know how much you've changed my life. I understand if you hate me. I understand if you think this is a lie. Others have hurt you before, I know that. I just wanted you to know. And I hope that you are well and that things have gone better for you lately. And I hope that you keep fighting to get to your dreams, just like you taught me how.

Notice how the curve in the neck is the same, the stripe down the back, the fact that the back legs are longer and thicker than the front, the back paws having claws while the front ones do not, the long pointed ears, the large, pronounced shoulder blade. There is also a mane and two tails on both characters. As well, the character Virus has 2 stripes on her ankles, one large and one small. Notice that my character ShenTao also has these markings. The only difference is that Virus's are upside-down compared to ShenTao's. The wing marking is also very similar. The only difference is the placing. Her characer Virus did NOT have that wing marking until a couple years ago when I added it to my characer.

Notice that while a different color, the backs of Virus's ears are also colored, and both characters also happen to have a silver lip piercing in EXACTLY the same place. These canines have a big mouth, and yet the piercing was put in the exact same spot?

Although note how the URL shows that it is a DeviantART supported link. This shows that instead of deleting the stolen material from her gallery, she's instead placed them into storage. Art Storage on DeviantART allows users to remove a picture from the main gallery and essentially hide it. However, you can link directly to the image that is uploaded on their server.

She just happens to also have a scarf and the exact same number of safety pins? She couldn't pick 1.....or 3? Or 5? It has to be the exact same number?

Notice the large luffy chest, the curve neck, the large shoulder blade, the mane, the same basic body shape and type as the image of mine to the side there. As well, the fact that both just happen to be missing a leg that's amputated in the exact same spot. Also notice that the front leg that's bent is NOT bent like a canines. It's bent like a horses. My Ananke have canine and equine anatomy. Clearly this is taken from me.
It was easy for me to see that this girl was Forlorn-Memories and she was back with "her" character Virus. Plus so much more. I have more work that she's taken, but since right now I'm covering DeviantART, I'll end this part here and continue later.
I'm not psycho enough to say that I claim chest fur or manes or long pointed ears and all that other stuff....but when you put them ALTOGETHER, expecially with her even admitting in her own words that she used to try and BE ME.....I'm not a monster to claim she's ripping me off again, am I?

I'm actually not sure I should even reply to this right now, as I've just finished taking a long look through your new gallery and am very, very angry and upset. I'm near tears right now. But since I don't want this issue to remain quiet I will reply now and try to be as civil as I can.

Not only that, but Virus just looks like a black version of my white ShenTao. The mane is the same color, the ANKLE MARKINGS are not only the SAME COLOR but the EXACT SAME DESIGN, only upside-down. She also has TWO TAILS just like ShenTao!
Also, I know that Virus didn't have that wing marking back on your old account. I bet it only got added to her design AFTER I gave SHENTAO a wing marking.
You talk about in one journal how someone took Virus and how much it hurt you and that they should come up with their own design ((www.freewebs.com/vivaindigo/Ki…)). How can you say that? Really? When all you're doing is taking WHAT IS MINE and calling it yours? You stole my design for the Ananke, drew Virus and are telling everyone that she's yours and your design and your idea. You're lying. All the attention you get on Virus is stolen from me.
You took something I've been working on for 8 years and destroyed everything it meant to me. You completely ripped it away from me and are claiming it's yours. I'm about to cry, I really am. I've put SO MUCH WORK into the Ananke. So much sweat and tears and pain went into designing them and working on them. And you've just taken it all and are using it to get attention you don't deserve. How can you sleep at night with what you've done? You've taken something from me that means the world to me, something that is deep in my heart and soul and you've tainted it.
How can you do this to someone? I'm not a computer. I'm a human being with thoughts and feelings and you've stolen something I love and are telling everyone it belongs to you. How could you? Are you that greedy? Is the attention that important to you? That you'll steal someone's heart and soul?
I can't believe you'd lie to me even more, telling me you've changed when you haven't at all. Telling me you're sorry when you aren't even being truthful. You'll just keep drawing Virus, just the way she is and keep telling everyone she belongs to you, not at all caring that it's all one big lie and one big fantasy. I fully admit that I was very angry and very upset when I wrote that to her. I just lost it half way through and couldn't hold back any longer.
Not only taking my species and mimicking a character that means so much to me, but telling people that one of her names is SHEN? And this is on this new account.....this was supposed to be her "changing". But she's almost worse than she was on her old account. ;__;
If she had wanted an Ananke character, I'd have happily worked with her to make one. But no. She stole them from me and called them her own. These "Canoi" things.
My friend Bex and I pointed out a very sneaky thing she does. She ran away and hid when she was caught on her old account. When she sent me this email the other day (the one I just shared with you), she didn't link to her gallery so that I'd supposedly never be able to see it. She also hid the fact that she was CAUGHT on her old account. Not only that, but despite the fact that she visited my pages all the time she never ONCE watched me. She was hiding. If she didn't watch me, she wouldn't get caught. If she was visiting my Rip-sama account like she said she's been, she HAD to have had her online status hidden. Because no one by KissxXxGravity ever visited my Rip-sama account. She's had this new account since July 2007. I didn't leave until February 2008. No one by her user name ever visited my page.
So it's clear that she knows what she's doing is wrong and has been trying to get away with it without getting caught.
The situation with KissxXxGravity on DA is growing larger and larger by the second.
So what is happening with KissGravity now? Well, I thought her psycho behavior was confined to DeviantART but it turns out it wasn't and isn't.

Also take note that she's mentioned the character "Delrej" again. Because that character is prominent in other proof I have but then suddenly disappears and gets replaced with her character "Virus".

She's gotten herself an account under the name Shenanigans. This was most worrisome to me, since I'd already found an account of hers on this same forum, under the name "Fooled_and_betrayed11".

It's really just more of the same crap from the other sites, so I won't go into much detail and just post a few images. It just shows that she's spreading out and pimping her stolen works anywhere that will have her. I've contacted Totem Lands and they're investigating the matter.

Now, Ananke kitlings aren't really all that small. They are compared to their parents. This fella is about 2 months old here. He's about the size of a large cat. A foot or so tall, perhaps a little more. His eyes would be open and he'd be gaining some control over his big ole ears (they have trouble keeping them upright when really young). He'd be able to stumble around at this age, and would be getting quite curious.
An interesting thing to note with Ananke, is that when young they are balls of fluff and fur. So his fluff actually mimics that of a much older Ananke, an Adult or higher. But as he grows into his fur and skin, it shrinks and actually he'll appear much less fluffy. But when he's all grown up, it comes back. XD "
What bugs me about "her" Canoi pup is that it's similar in design. It's obviously got large ears that it cannot fully hold up. It's also incredibly fluffy Again, if this was anyone else in the world, I'd not think twice about it being a coincidence. But nothing is coincidence with KissGravity.

It's because she's highly influenced her "Canoi" canines from my own work. What she draws herself is quite different. It's actually very sad and disappointing that she's so obsessed with stealing from me. If I'm to believe the rest of her work is her own, which for now I have no reason to believe the rest isn't hers, she's really very talented.....under different circumstances I think I could have been friends with her. Especially if she'd STOP and actually APOLOGIZE to me without HIDING. A sincere, completely honest apology would certainly help. I don't think at this point that it could heal what's been broken, but I'd be satisfied with an apology (and her actually stopping all this nonsense).

I think the picture says it all. Again, if it was anyone else, I'd not even think about it. But with EVERYTHING ELSE? I don't doubt for one minute that this was "inspired" by my character.
In closing, I don't want her to do this to anyone else. I no longer post my work online so she can't steal anything new from me. But without my work here to "inspire" her, will she just turn to someone else for her fix? That's what I'm worried about. That, and with how much she pimps her work for cash, I don't want people wasting their hard earned money on something she just took from someone else.
Beware this artist. She's made it clear that she's not ready to change what she's been doing for the past 2 years.

Multiple people have tried emailing this girl, leaving her comments and have been completely civil with her up until now. She just doesn't care. So like Shen, I also encourage everyone to be wary of this person. At least until she decides to own up to what she's done, what she's been doing and finally realizes that she and her watchers deserve better than regurgitated ideas, designs and characters that she's just chewed up and spit out from artists who thought of it first.
She can't hide behind her illnesses any longer. Multiple people have told her that what she's doing IS WRONG. Now she has no excuse.
